Breathe

Deep breathing is another quick thanks to calm the body down, whether for meditation, sleep or relaxation. For me, after the spine tingling rush of getting into the recent tub is over, I take several deep breaths into my stomach. Then I take several full Yogi Breaths, expanding my skeletal structure sideways, and filling my upper chest with air. Breathing is vital for any activity - obviously, except for the foremost complete spa or bathtub relaxation, do not forget to breathe!
