Smooth, palm-sized rocks are heated in water then lubricated with essential oil. The therapist holds a stone in each hand while massaging your body. Thai massage was originally practiced in Buddhist monasteries as part of traditional medicine. Using slow, gentle rocking movements, the therapist applies compressions with thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to harmonize vital life energies.
